GFS - Descripion

● Gears  Front  Fork  Sets  ( Steel ) - GFS310

The 31mm Inner Tube is made of steel.

● Requires OE front fork bottom bracket - GFB310

GFS310 is designed for the OE bottom bracket ( M31 ) also fits Gears bottom bracket ( M31 ).

● Two  Way  Damping  Adjustment  ( 200T/TT )

The damping force can be adjusted for softness or firmness based on the owner's needs.
With independent rebound ( Reb. ) and compression ( Com. ) adjustment, along with a specialized needle angle, the system allows for a wide range of damping force customization.
This ensures precise control, enabling drivers to fine-tune their suspension for optimal performance and handling.

● Spring  Adjustable  Preloads

The GFS310 spring offers an optional range of 0.5~0.6 kg/mm, allowing for customized suspension tuning. The spring preload can be fine-tuned to meet the rider's specific needs.
A preload knob is located on the upper edge of the front fork cover, enabling quick adjustments. Each full rotation adjusts the preload by 1mm, with a total stroke of 11mm, simplifying setup and saving time.

● Light  Weight  Inner  Tube

Utilizing a significant quantity of high-strength, lightweight aluminum alloy materials effectively reduces the weight of the spring.

● Maintenance  And  Warranty

For the front fork cartridge assembly, it is recommended to inspect and maintain 1.5 years or 8,000 kilometers after leaving the factory.
If used on the racetrack, we suggest to inspect and maintain every 30 hours.
